Terms of service

These terms govern your use of EazyTour (the "Service"), provided by AguilarTech ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The pilot program

During the pilot, the Service is provided free of charge for 60 days from signup. After the pilot we may offer a paid subscription. You are not obligated to continue, and we will not charge you without a separate agreement.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts engaged in abuse, fraud, or activity that breaches these terms.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't use the Service to send spam, scam customers, or violate any law.
• Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Don't impersonate another business or use a slug that infringes someone else's trademark.

4. Bookings

EazyTour is a lead-capture and notification tool. We are not a party to the transport contract between you and your customer. You are responsible for fulfilling, pricing, and delivering each booking.

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (zero during the pilot).

6. Termination

You can close your account any time from the operator portal or by emailing us. We may close accounts that breach these terms or that are inactive for extended periods. On closure your booking page is taken offline and your data is handled per the privacy policy.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; we will email account holders before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
