Privacy policy

EazyTour is operated by AguilarTech (Australia). This page explains what personal information we collect when you sign up as an operator or submit a booking through an operator's EazyTour booking page, how we use it, and your rights over it.

1. Who is the data controller?

For operator accounts, AguilarTech is the data controller. For bookings submitted through an operator's EazyTour page, the operator is the data controller and AguilarTech is the data processor — we host and forward the booking on their behalf.

2. What we collect

• Operator signup: company name, email, WhatsApp number, password (hashed by Firebase Authentication, never stored in plain text).
• Booking submissions: name, phone, optional email, pickup/drop-off address and coordinates, travel date, flight details, luggage, special requests.
• Technical data: IP address (used only for rate limiting and abuse prevention), basic request metadata (timestamp, user-agent).

3. How we use it

• To provide the booking page service to operators.
• To deliver each booking to the operator via WhatsApp link and email.
• To send service emails (welcome email at signup, lead notifications).
• To prevent abuse (rate limiting on submissions).

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Where it is stored

Data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore. Email delivery is handled by Resend (resend.com). Both providers operate from data centres outside Australia; by using EazyTour you consent to your information being transferred to and stored in those locations.

5. How long we keep it

Operator accounts and their booking history are kept for as long as the account is active, plus 90 days after closure for billing and dispute resolution. Booking submissions can be deleted by the operator at any time from their dashboard.

6. Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles and (where applicable) the EU GDPR you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@aguilartech.com.au and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

EazyTour uses only first-party cookies strictly necessary for authentication on the operator portal. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Third parties

• Google Maps: address autocomplete and distance calculation. Subject to Google's privacy policy.
• Firebase / Google Cloud: hosting, database, authentication.
• Resend: transactional email delivery.

9. Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and post the date at the top.
